In todays fast moving world, when your computer system requires maintenance, it's nice to known that prompt assistant is only a call away.

SWIFTsoft offer several types of hardware support.

On-site support contract

Most of our customers avail of our on-site support service. When maintenance is required a call is logged with our support department, and if the problem is not resolved immediately, then a support engineer will visit the customer's site.

The contract covers all parts* and labour required to return the equipment to working order. An engineer will be on-site within a maximum of 8 working hours (other response times are available.) * For full details and a list of exclusions, please contact sales).

If the equipment can not be repaired on-site, then SWIFTsoft will provide loan equipment while repairs take place at our offices.

Contract customers receive top priority at all times.

Warranty support

If you do not have a support contract you may return the equipment to our office for repair. No guarantees can be given on timescales for non-contract work, as contract jobs are always given top priority.

Out of warranty support

Provided the equipment was purchased from SWIFTsoft, we are always pleased to assist in resolving any problems you may have.
